10 Months Old

     Now that Emily is 10 months old, I feel like we are "over the hill" and swiftly heading towards being a year old!!!  It's crazy how fast the time has flown by with her.  She is at the age right now where she is doing something new everyday- whether it is a new sound/noise, word, hand movement, or action- she is SO much fun to watch and be around right now!  Emily is (as of RIGHT now)...

• Taking Steps!!!  Yes, we will have an early walker on our hands...
• Says "Ace" (I know that is crazy, but she really does say his name)
• LOVES to read books and beelines it over to you when you have one in your hands
• Is finally eating baby food well again and I believe we have hit a growth spurt...
• Can tolerate "chunks" of food as long as it is really mushy (this is a huge improvement for us)
• Starting to wave bye bye!
• Kisses and Hugs/Loves on EVERYTHING in sight, especially her pillow pet dog
• When we ask her how big she is, she raises both her hands in the air!  So cute-  stole this one from my nephew Chad who learned it first!
• Claps ALL the time!  Wakes up in the morning and claps her little hands and kisses us!
• HEALTHY as of right now! And I hope it stays this way for awhile!!

     She has started having some separation anxiety issues, especially at daycare, but since I have to go to work so early and am not the one to drop her off, I don't have to feel so guilty! Poor Stephen... And finally, we are back into our house as of yesterday!!! Thank goodness, it is SO nice to be home. Our floors are beautiful and we definitely got our "Spring cleaning" done early!
