Happy Birthday Millan!

     I can't believe Millan is ONE.  Time has flown by this past year.  She is such a sweet baby and always has a smile on her face.  That little girl likes to eat too!  I can only wish my kiddos would eat like her!  We had a great time at her bug themed birthday party.  I think Matt would have eaten every single chocolate cupcake if we would have let him.  Happy birthday sweet Mil-Mil!  We love you!

My Best Friend's Wedding

     Stephen and I left the kids with Nini and Bop and headed to my best friend's wedding down in Isle of Palms this past weekend.  I could not be happier for Davis and Megan and am SO happy that he found such an awesome girl.  Both of use grew up together and I have memories of chasing him around the classroom in kindergarten!  Besides the fact that I had a lovely reminder that my tolerance for alcohol is zero, we had a GREAT time.  We stayed in a house with my girlfriends, their husbands, and some of their cute kiddos and it was so much fun to see everyone and catch up.  We have already planned a girls only weekend getaway trip to the mountains this summer too.  Those girls are my family and the best kind of friends anyone could ever wish for!

     Emily attended one of her sweet friend's birthday parties this past weekend and met Elsa and Olaf!  They had a HUGE bouncy castle and face paint too!  Emily's "princess" face paint is worth documenting on this blog so I can always remember it...  It was interesting to say the least!  She had the best time though as usual!

Beautiful babies in their Easter best!  Matt did okay at church...  He hasn't been basically since he was baptized since his immune system isn't up to par yet.  We sat in the balcony and he did NOT like the organ music, but overall he did better than expected!

Emily Turns FIVE!

     There is no way that my sweet April Fool's baby is FIVE years old.  I repeat, she is FIVE!  It has been amazing to watch her grow into this sweet, little girl and I am so proud and honored to be her Mommy.  She is funny, caring, adventurous, SHY, and sweet, sweet, sweet.  She loves to play dress-up, color/paint/make crafts, play outside, play babies and barbies, make jewelry, watch movies, and do just about anything and everything a 5 year old girl loves to do.  She is amazing inside and out and I still can't believe that I am lucky enough to be her Mom.  She can write her name really good and spell and read a TINY little bit.  And she learned how to tie her own shoes!!!
     She wanted a princess gymnastics party so that is what we put together!  Not many children could come due to Spring Break and the overwhelming amount of kids in her class with April birthdays, but those were able to come had a great time!
     I love you so much Emily Campbell Poole!  You will always be my sweet baby girl no matter how old you are!  Happy Birthday!
